Concept

This process is typically defined by the project and budget. For larger builds we employ full 3D visualisations and fly-throughs as required. For smaller projects we typically use 2d Floor plans, elevations and some basic 3D’s so you can get a feel for the form and function of the design.

Design

Modern, classic, heritage or a completely unique style – we’ll create a building design accordingly, to suit your needs and budget – that also meets relevant council or other authority requirements. A new home, renovation, sub-division, development, or commercial premises – we have the creative and technical experience to deliver and appropriate design.

3D Visualisation

For larger projects or if requested – as part of the design process, we can create 3D photo-realistic imaging and fly-throughs, so that you can view your project in a virtual reality context, before it gets built.

Whether you just want to see your new home before its built, or as a builder – impress your clients, or for a business presentation to a board of investors and stakeholders. 3D Visualisation in the form of still images and movie like fly-throughs, help everyone gain a clear and immersive perspective of what the project will look – once completed.
